Welcome to the Humanities Program!

The Humanities Program is an undergraduate and graduate curriculum emphasizing innovative approaches to ideas that matter. These classes, designated “HUM,” enable faculty members to stretch beyond the boundaries of their home programs or departments, bringing interdisciplinary perspectives to foundational themes and ideas in the humanities.

Many of these offerings have set numbers and descriptions, but their contents vary given the interests of the faculty selected to teach them in a given year. If you are interested in developing a Humanities course, please contact the Humanities Program Coordinator, Joey Y. Almario.
